But it went down. The high price of coupled with a bad economy caused the demand to go down. It's a fact.

Oil went up one day because a Somali pirate fired an RPG at a tanker. It goes on and on. Hedge funds, pension funds, people manipulating futures who will never accept delivery of a barrel of oil. You keep ignoring it and I'll keep telling you, I don't care.

I can keep going if you want. There seems to be a bunch of people as stupid as me but smarter than you that think like I do.

Thanks for the 6 month old article. Did this form of speculation go away? They had hearings on this, did nothing, and prices dropped dramatically regardless. That's not doing much to support your argument. Especially considering that the demand did drop.

    "It's all about consumption". :lol2:

So oil is down over 40% from it's high. I guess that means that the people of the world are only using half the oil products they were using and there are no New users.
What was oil when Clinton took office, $28. per barrel. What blows my mind is the Oil countries have in just two years of screaming oil prices have now got to have $70 a barrel to cover their nut. Give me a break.
