I think both made the right decision, but I'm still hoping that Williams stays.

In what way is it the right decision?

because they will get paid one year earlier?

If that's your logic, then I agree, but it won't make either player any better.

You already ranked the NBA with Hockey, so why could it possibly be better, for these two kids to come out and ride the bench for a year or two?

I don't know if May made the right decision. He's obviously mastered the center position in college, but his skills at PF in the pros, I just don't see them yet.

May and Felton will not start for a couple of years on a good team....that being said....I'd take either on the Bobcats with our second pick and start them right away....I guess it depends on who gets them.....McCants on the other hand has the most chance to follow Forte's nba career.

May and Felton weren't going to get any better at the college level. They have nothing else to work on. That doesn't mean that they'll succeed in the NBA, just that it's logical for them to move on. Plus this is a weak draft. May might not be a first rounder next year.

You might want to tell that to Roy then. Cause he's already said that May would be better served by staying in skool and getting a mid range jumper.

Actually Roy was instrumental in changing May's mind about staying.

That's great. But he still said that May would be better served by staying in school and getting a mid range jumper.

So you concede that Roy played a big role in getting May to change his mind and enter the NBA draft, but still insist that Williams believes May would have been better served to stay in college? Did you even watch the press conference?
