    so i am listening to the BOT of the Glorious Appearing, the last in the series. this poor book could nat have been written any worse. i am embarrassed for the authors.

    I stopped reading that series in the middle of one of the books. I can't remember the name. I thought it was a good story with some interesting interpretation and discussion up until that point.

    i love the lord and all but this book and story writting is stupid bad. if this is our mainstrean representation to the world, christians are in even more trouble.

    Maybe different people just enjoy different books.
    I don't like Toni Morrisons stuff, but Oprah sure does.
    I haven't read any of the left behind books, but I know my daughter runs and gets each book as they come out.

    I don't consider it that at all, Bill. Just Lahaye's interpretation of how things might happen. The discussion amongst the characters about the Rapture and how they dealt with it really interested me. But after all that, the stories seemed to stale.

    i have always had a big problem with the doctirnal flaws in the series, but enjoyed the stories for what they were. this last book is so bad in places i laugh in embarrassment.

    Did you ever read Frank Pedettri (sp) I loved his stuff.
