tuna, chicken (sorry, not fried, go with grilled or baked), skim milk, egg whites (no yolks) and veggies and fruits, and water.....tuna is great if you're planning to work out. there is virtually no fat, and what is there is healthy for you, omega-3's. and the protein is great for the muscles.

nothing wrong with grilled....a grill is our friend

best alternative for tuna i guess would be tuna salad with a light mayo. throw in some boiled egg whites, and sweet cubes are fine. never tried it without the the mayo, but just mixing some sweet cubes with the tuna may taste just fine.

personally i eat it straight from the can with a few crackers. just about any fish is really good for ya, long as its fixed the right way, ie, not fried.

Dude, get real tuna (ie tuna steak) instead of the canned stuff. Tuna steak rocks! For real, it doesn't even taste like fish, it just tastes mmmm-mmm good.

Ohhh yeah!!!! Throw it on the grill with a fresh garden salad. Good anytime. Then you can take any leftovers that you might have and make tuna salad with it.
