    Not sure how many bowls the SEC usually has, but only 6 made it this year. Maybe State takes an SEC bowl.

    FWIW, Fresno State was offered and accepted an invitation to the Liberty Bowl last week. Their most likely opponent is UCF.

    Downside to being in the ACC. We're definitely better than the 6th best team in the ACC but alot of the ACC bowls will favor the southern teams. We really belong in the Peach or Champs bowl but oh well.

    To get picked for the Upper Tier non-BCS Bowls, the fans need to travel well. BC didn't do themselves any favors last year in Charlotte.
