Watched the show last night for the first time, and to be honest, I'm not sure what the big hype was. I didn't think any of the three were all that funny. And how low has Jay Mohr's career fallen that he is now hosting something like this? Do they have to imitate American Idol in everything?

What makes me think that I"m going to see this preview of "Hawaii", oh, only about 100 times during the Olympics.

Haven't watched this too much till last night. Alonzo was very funny, as was the last guy. My wife has been watching, and she says those two were her two favorites, but the last guy she relates to more.

The "guy vision" for clutter is an old gimmick, but it is true. I'm a pig.

Next week Dat Phan and Ralphie May are going to be on. Ralphie killed last year, but Dat Phan won. The fact that Kathleen Madigan got voted off this season and Dat Phan won last season makes me think this whole thing is rigged for whoever has their heads the farthest up NBC's ass.

John Heffron is not original. I've heard all his stuff before and by better comics.

I'm crossing my fingers Alonzo wins because he's the only one with delivery and original, new material each week.

    The finale is tomorrow night.

Personally, i thought that Alonzo's set was the best of the three. I still like Heffron, but thought his act was a little stale. he never got off of the 'new husband' bit.

looking forward to seeing Ralphie May perform...hope he has some new material.

FWIW, Comedy Central will be showing a replay of the entire season this saturday.

Ralphie May...mercy! That boy's got it.

Heffron pulled it out. I hope Alonzo whooped his little non-funny white ass in the parking lot. Him AND Mohr. Two of the most unfunny white boys around.
