    $275 later- the hard drive was bad. I have a new one put in and added some RAM.

    wow. that makes NO sense at all.

    A drive that's full will cause all kinds of problems, but a bad drive won't make the internet stop working... I think they did something else and charged you for a hard drive...

    A bad NIC driver will, and a good hard drive replacement is needed if the dumbfuck working on it doesn't know how to update a driver.
