Ladies, a serious question about sex...

plu, we do not use birth control. The way I see it our chances of going preggers are less than getting struck by lightning. You got to procreate to procreate.


That is a good idea, AJ. We have talks, but nothing ever comes out of it. We are usually pissy with each other around the house, doing chores, etc. But maybe a secluded location where we are stuck to work on things might be the ticket.

SY, that is a good site. We have ordered a product, and she's gonna start on it next week. And she has a doctor's appt. I hope we learn some things then.

She took zoloft before we hooked up. She said it made her feel fantastic, but after some time it would wear off and then she was worse than before. So then her drugs of choice became coke and pot. I don't do drugs, and I don't want them in my house so she stopped. She still does an occassional bong, but not around me and probably not in the past 6 months that I know of.

Sex drive? Sounds like she's not happy. That should be the concern.

 

Gutter, self - esteem is a huge issue as well. If your wife doesn't feel good about herself, she isn't going to feel desirable or sexy and her sex drive will drop. I am speaking from experience here, 15 years of marriage and 18 years of being together. For the past year and a half we've been having tons of sex. Before that though, there were times when we wouldn't have sex except maybe 1-2 times per month, if that, for a couple of years. Once I remember it was like once a month for about six months.

From my experience , it wasn't anything that I did or wasn't doing, I gave her everything she wanted, she said. It all had to do with the way my wife felt aobut herself. It was very frustrating for me and I know exactly how you feel right now. This may not be the case with your wife but food for thought anyway. Good luck.

HP, she has added a few pounds cuz I like to eat. It is a big deal with her. She's trying to exercise on a regular basis now and shed the weight. But she is only probably 10 pounds over and still looks good. I just wish she would realize that.
