    He is a free agent. It would suck to lose him, but as p99 said, there are some solid veteran guys out of work who we could snatch up. He's getting up there in years, so I wouldn't go crazy trying to keep him around.

    Honestly, I don't see why long snapping is such a big deal. It's not that hard. Anyone who could memorize an NFL playbook ought to be able to learn it.

    Actually, it's not THAT easy to longsnap. It takes alot of work to develop the kind of consistency that is required.
