Year one guy steps up like that he deserves serious consideration for the job...although I don't think he's better than CN...yet. He's solid.

 

That’s the new narrative being pushed: he deserves serious consideration to compete for the starting job. There are a lot of things to consider before re-upping Newton’s contract. I’d like to see how they manage that first before I pass judgment on who should be starting next year. Kyle has definitely solidified himself as an asset in the quarterback room.

 

Before anyone thinks of who gets to be the starting QB for next year, they should consider who the Front Office and Coaching staff are going to be.

 

Yeah, there’s a lot of unanswered
questions at this point. Back in 1998 and 2002, there was no Twitter, so folks just had to sit around and basically wait. Now, everybody has a goddamn theory every day that seems to change about what’s going to happen. Really, nobody knows shit right now. I think the owners even a little bit lost as to what the hell he wants to do. Or maybe, he has a guy he wants to hire, and he’s just not available yet.

 

I think he's probably making a list at this point. I know I would be, but I'm not a billionaire and don't know how they think.

 

He's somewhere between Tom Brady and Luke Falk.
