    Reading this article from the first hearing discribing what "supposidely" happened sickens me. I am not going to take sides but things don't look good so far with Kobe. The defence will attack this woman unmericyfully (sp). It sucks the way a woman has to prove she didn't provoke the attack. I am not saying that it wasn't consentual but it is a crap situation all around. He should have had more sence than to even let her in the room. The above mentioned article
