    no my biggest point in all of this is the guy is getting sacrificed when no one knows the truth yet... if it were your son or brother in his situation you wouldn't agree with his infidelity, but you'd defend the fact he wasn't a rapist until provin otherwise

    But I'm a lot more skeptical of him than you and a few other appear to be too. The biggest beef I have is with people who appear to believe that he couldn't possibly have done it because - as we all know - everyone "wants" Kobe. That type of entitlement belief is crap. Crap, crap, crap. (I say that fully knowing there are ho-bags out there who do nothing but fuck athletes like groupies too. But see below.) Now for all we know, the dude is the Kirby Puckett of hoops. Great image, lousy person. I don't believe a hyped up image equates to him deserving my giving him the benefit of the doubt anymore than she deserves it because she's a woman making the accusation. Some people appear to take their hero worship a bit too far.

    For all I know he has a two inch dick, bad breath, and lasts two seconds in bed. Most women don't find that too attractive.

    And I wouldn't say he's being "sacrificed" in the least. He's getting the benefit of the doubt more than any athlete I can remember in a long, long time.

    No one is telling YOU SHIT! There is a BIG difference between a loving, committed relationship and a big shot fucker like Kobe popping a naive kid like this girl. Don't get all defensive with me saying I'm preaching at you. You must feel guilty or something. If you don't see the difference you must not be "the Brain" you claim to be.
    The big difference is that YOU aren't a big shot NBA asshole who is taking advantage of a naive little girl that is much less experienced in the ways of the world than YOU are. IF it was consensual HE took advantage of her and I hope the fucker ROTS in jail and meets "Big Tyrone" early on in his incarceration.
