    I've noticed that the media keep harping on the fact that she is a "teen," bascially to accentuate on her supposed "innocence." I see now that 19 yr olds are only considered ADULTS whenever it is convenient for them to get killed in Iraq.

    Dude MY girlfriend is 19... she's in college... and I've had sex with her... I love my girlfriend and frankly if she's old enough to be married, live on her own, etc. then no one has a right to tell me what's right and wrong when it comes to our private lives... she's old enough to make her own decisions and I'm old enough to make mine... now if she said no I'd respect that, but if she comes to me wnating sex... I'll be DAMNED if I'd turn her away...

    as far as Kobe's girl, her friends have admitted that she's had consenting sex with Kobe in the past... she's also been on drugs because she was depressed over him cutting off the relationship... now to me this looks like a 19 year old girl that he had sex with... he decided to break it off in the past and she gets all freaky... he comes into town... she visits... they do their thing... maybe its on the rough side, but some people swing that way (I'm not talking rape)... he says something to the effact of "We shouldn't have done that. We've gotta stop seeing each other. I'm married." yadda yadda yadda... she gets pissed... wants revenge and calls rape...

    My OTHER theory is she gets found out by her father... he's pissed because his daughter had sex with a "n*gger" (I apologize for the word)... he's shaking her and smacking her... hence the bruises... and she tells him that he raped her when it was actually consentual
