    I agree rape is a horrific act but at what point does she cross the line by calling intercourse rape. I mean if they are both naked when does sex become rape? Is vaginal sex ok but anal rape? I don't want to sound callous as I have a daughter but "if" they were in the act how can she say stop and expect to walk away. The bruises she supposidely has will be hard for Kobe to explain. I am not meaning to defend what he alledgely did. It just could have all been avoided if one of them had used a little common sense

    Either way he shouldn't have been there. I don't care if half of the NBA goes out ho'ing around, Kobe is married and should not have been there.

    Kobe=dumbass

    He had it all and either way got greedy.
