    Just because I think this NBA Superstar took advantage of a girl means I closed minded?

    The girl made a mistake. She should NOT have gone there. It might have been consentual....Kobe is still a fucking creep. HE preyed on her. If she was consenting and tried to bring an end to it...it is rape. Either way....both are going to have their images tarnished somewhat.....I think in the long run she loses more than he does... If he raped her and he goes to jail I can imagine her never having a normal life afterward...at least for a long, long time. She will always be "that girl".
