Hey fuckface, why don't you take your ass to skinsville? Cause this is Panther Country honey. And this most certainly ISN'T Bullet Town, Wizardville, or Hornets Nest. It's Bobcat Borough. Deal with it.

And Laettner is hardly the worst thing that could happen to our team. I can think of over 400 NBA players that I would rather have Laettner over.

What do you have against Laettner? The fact that he's won twice as many NCAA championships than any of your boys? The fact that he's been in TWICE as many Final Fours than any of your boys?

The fact that he gets high "unlike ANY of your boys?"

I'm not saying Laettner is an elite player, but he's surely at least as good or not better than some Earl Cureton or Tim Kempton. You don't think we have access to a Kelly "Cry"pucka in this draft do ya? We'd be damn lucky to pick up a scorer like that with today's expansion and premium on scoring.

If you aren't an NBA fan, get out of the forum. If you're still bitter about the WhoreNets, get over it. It sucked, it's over, this is what we got. Be a Wizard fan and be done with it Redskin fan.

BTW Laettner at 6.1 million won't happen, rest your tired head.

edit: But I'd take him over Scot 5.8 million Pollard in a heartbeat.

Should be able to load up on young 1's 2's and 3's but the post players are over paid with a few exceptions. If we can get into the top 2 and get Okafor or Howard and we should have a pretty solid 1st year team.

Make no mistake, no matter who we get in this draft (Okafor being the best possibility), the Bobcats (WE) will be pretty damn far from a "solid" team.

We might win more than the 20 the Hornets won their first year, hell we might approach the 30 that Minnisota won their first year. We will still be damn far from "solid" however.
