Knights hire a consultant to find a way to build a new ballpark in UPtown Charlotte . . . I hope this time a way is found :) !!!!! Has anybody thought about building a ballpark at the SEAL GUNK (?) site between Morehead St. & Wilkinson Blvd. next to I-77  ? ? ? I remember hearing that the city wanted to make that site into an office complex, but nothings happened yet. It would have easy highway access and would spurn more grove along that corridor towards Uptown  . . .

You got that right, except someone's going to develop the land around the stadium into a site bigger than Concord Mills. The traffic down here might become unbearable.
