    It's probably two separate issues. Nerves causing the numbness and just overdoing it causing the knee pain.

    Of course, I have no clue what I'm talking about

    I think the problem is a result of you being fat and out of shape and over doing it at the gym like some January 2nd douchebag on a new years resolution.
