Klempson is the only team in Division 1 without a loss. Will they make the NCAA Tournament this year. Seems like the Tigers roar out of the gates every year against a weak schedule. Team looks pretty solid to me, look for them to maybe even have a winning conference record.

They should make the tourney. They lost James Mays last year and they were rolling when they lost him. Mays is the best interior player they had last year and he is doing great this year. Trevor Booker is a rebound machine.

Decent, but the other night when one of their players claimed they were the best team in the country I rolled my eyes. Beating up on cupcakes gives them no credence to make that claim. FWIW Purnell is a pretty damned good coach.

Tigers need to work on taking a few of the cupcakes off the early season schedule. I do feel they are a much better team than last year. They will thud back to earth this week when they play the Tarheels.

Sidney Lowe really is getting the best out of his players. I think he will be a pretty good coach in the ACC and State has a lot of potential once he gets Hickson and company in next year.

I don't think either team cared to play defense...
