Kleiza said UNC was a very close second.

Dammit. Oh well, would've been nice but guess we will be waiting on a big guy till next season.

I never really expected to get this guy. Missouri was a longtime favorite of his and we came in really late in the game.

I am assuming this means good news for Missouri on the NCAA investigation front. Kleiza must have gotten some assurances that nothing was going to come of it or I truly think he would have gone to UNC.

Yea, I'd agree. Missouri has a chance to be damn good next yr with Arthur Johnson, Rickey Paulding, Ricky Clemons and Kleiza.

Thats probably a top 10 team or better.

UNC is going to be good next year, but this does hurt with the front court depth. We so need another big man that can come in and contribute right away. If May does turn out to be injury prone would could be in major trouble. I just don't see Grant or Sanders improving that much for next year, I think they are still a full year away from making a huge jump if ever. Williams and Noel are nice, but neither are really a PF and for sure not a center.

Here's is to hoping May stays healthy and out of foul trouble.

Didn't Clemons get kicked off Mizzou? Or at least suspended or was that someone else?

Lots of speculation Grant or Sanders will "transfer" before this season starts to open up a scholly for the loaded 2004 class.

If Charlie Villenueva hadn't used up all his visits he'd go to UNC... he likes UNC a LOT, but probably won't go due to the fact he's used all his visits... and he's said he's gonna pick only from schools he's been able to visit... (this is all info from his HS coach) he has to personally pay to visit the school now and he doesn't have the money... that sucks ASS

I could live with a Sanders transfer. We would be really thin up front, but I could live with it, if building the program the right way with the right players. Sanders shouldn't be playing for any team in Division I let alone an ACC team.

Grant I would love to see if he can get healthy, because his size he has the potential to be a decent player.
