I'll second that. But I don't understand why Hurney won't trade Jenkins for Landry!!! What's wrong with him.

    JENKINS FOR LANDRY!

    JENKINS FOR LANDRY!

WTF is the reason behind this? They were what 6 mil under the cap going into the draft? Unless they are working on trading for a disgruntled player like Lance Briggs or someone else with a big contract what is the purpose of this?

this might be just appeasement speak or whatever, but I buy it. And this isn't good enough - there's no reason to have not kept him in these words.

I am fine with this as long as the rookie and Carter are able to make-up the production of 70 receptions and an offense that finished 24th in the league.

They must have really believe most of the blame falls on Henning.

I know I'm going to get flamed for this but here goes. Isn't it possible that Keary Colbert isn't as bad as we think but, didn't see much playing time because they couldn't take Key out because they were paying him so much money to start? I know I know...he couldn't get on the field ahead of Carter either but that doesn't mean he can't play at all, Carter is a completely different type of player and Colbert certainly showed in his rookie season that he can play. It's just a theory folks...I may be completely wrong but, there is a reason this happened and it's not because Key wouldn't take the blame for a couple of INT's. Either the Panthers have confidence in Carter and Colbert (maybe Jarrett too but he is still a rookie and not guaranteed to start), or they are making room on the roster for another FA or a potential trade for a safety.

BTW, in case some of you haven't noticed, I like to look at things from a different angle than everybody else, following the herd is boring for me.

more keyshawn from hurney on sirius...

felt keyshawn didn't agree with the move and surprised :checkeredflag:

henning was not a factor (lack of backing)

youth seems to be the company line now (that's my opinion)

Kris Jenkins is in the plans to be on team and nothing has changed.

thinks jenks wants to be here and him on the team are on the same page
