on a more serious note has anyone heard anything about if the NCSU womens coach is going to retire i heard from a reliable source that she might but hasnt gone public... anyone heard anything?

 

Wouldn't surprise me, but she says the only time she doesn't feel any pain is during a ball game. That might be hard to give up.

 

True lots of prayers her way... her team also plays pretty inspired when she is out there on the court... that would be a tough loss for the NCSU family.

 

I heard Coach K has announced he will return for another year.

 

Only because he was promised more minutes at Power Forward and not Center. He wants to be more prepared for his natural position in the NBA.

He might be stronger muscle wise, but he is too short and even Duke fans admit that his offensive game is about zero. He makes Jackie Manuel look like a scoring machine. If he comes back with a decent 3 shot he should log time. At least King can nail the three. Having McClure and Zoubek on the floor at the same time was like going 3 vs. 5 on offense last year

 

BS, huh? Didn't you just finish 7th in the conference and lose not only in the first round of the ACC to a Sindey Lowe coached team, but follow that up with a first round exit to VCU, who is not even a mid.

Follow that up with a stellar recruiting class of Scheyer, Zoubek, and McClure, lose your best player, who is not very good, to the NBA draft where he will be serving bench duty with Shav?

But you do have four year players taking up scholarships from real talent who will one day develop. But I'm talking about next year. You sir, are going to suck freeze dried donkey balls.
