Gotta eat the cheese and toppings only on pizza. No carbs for me! Avoiding the dough isn't that bad it's messy though. Ever do this Sly?

 

what i did was make my own pizza...I'd mix ground beef and italian sausage on the bottom for the "crust" then pour on the sauce, cheese, and other toppings. It holds together better. A whole bottle of pizza sauce only has about 20 carbs...depends if you are in the first two weeks or not as to whether you can have that many....

My fantasy football draft night I had 6 slices of pizza and 12 beers. Only time I have cheated in almost 7 weeks. I am planning on cheating for lunch this Saturday bu tonly because I am going to Atlanta and my favorite restaraunt is there.

Thanks for the idea Boo. I too will be heading to Atlanta but not 'til the 25th. That will be my third week and I know I'll break from Atkins. Veni Vidi Veci on 14th Street it the best.
