that last pic wasn't his fault...kinda has to watch it when he guns it in there. Ididn't know he had that velocity. But I'd be surprised if he went before the third.

Yeah I didn't know he had that kinda zip either. His delivery is funky though. Some kinda three-quarters shit. You notice how that TD pass was thrown behind the reciever? If that thing is delivered where it should be, Mike Doss doesn't touch him.

I have watched most every game Ken Dorsey has played at Miami and IMO he has early 1st day talent and smarts but the knock on him is his delivery and probable to much talent around to get recognition he deserves.

Plus he choked tonight. Ints and fumbles in the National championship are way too costly. Ohio had a great defense, but Dorsey should not have coughed it up so many times.

I still don't like the ball he throws. He looks like Phil Neikro out there, dancing knuckleballs coming out end over end.

He's a leader, I liked how he told his team it wasn't over after the first OT touchdown. Too bad they didn't listen.

This is what I noticed last night too. After seeing a LOT of this kid the last couple of years, I can't remember a game where he threw those knuckleballs so much. I mean, he's always thrown a bit of a "Billy Kilmer ball", but never quite this bad. He looked like fucking Brad Banks of Iowa in the first half. The overthrow for the interception was awful. Don't know if it was nerves or what but I can't remember that many wounded ducks coming from him.

I wanted to see how he would respond when McGahee went out. The whole team looked like an average team at best at that point. Except for that pass that Dorsey just drilled but then was fumbled on a spin move. (funny, samething happens to me on PS2, spin move does it everytime.). You could certainly tell McGahee was missed. The play calling certainly changed a bit too, and I'm not sure Payton was getting the same blocking. OSU smelled blood at that point, but I thought Dorsey looked good.

Dorsey looks like he will be a great QB in the NFL, he has the tools. He may struggle, but he'll figure it out. He's not a QB you would want to start right away, but could possibly in his 2nd or 3rd season and be successful. He's a smart player, very competitive, and a born leader. He's a reach for the 9th pick, but could be a steal at 41.
