    Could you explain why you're sad? She's not you, she's not family and she's not a friend of yours -- she's just some woman who lives in L.A. that you've never met. Why do people develop emotional attachments to people who appear on TV once in a while?

    my guess is she is wanting out, since she is doing so many projects and getting a little bigger (thanks to her Bravo! shows and all).

    Denying him spousal support is her way of saying its her money for her work, and he gets none of it.

    I think she is funny...

    I have been a fan of hers for years! And it is just sad because on her reality show her and hubby seems sooooooooo very much in love..

    She is a comedian first and foremost.. While she has done some acting she is a comedian.. Have you even watched her show? Or saw any of her comedy? If there is one person in this world who keeps it REAL? It is Kathy.......

    she says no spousal support--I dont think hes gettin anything if she gets her way....besides, if it is irreconcilible differences, she could claim he was cheating or something, abusing maybe...who knows.

    Or she could claim he was leeching off her. I dunno...hate it for her...hope it doesnt affect her too much.

    True.. I hate it for both of them.. I really like him too.. He seems like such a sweetheart and I find him totally sexy.. A kind of teddy bear type..

    Wonder what this will mean to her reality show? Will they show anything about the divorce and also will it take away something from the whole thing since he was a big part of it.. They may never show any of that.. It could be interesting if it is still on to show her getting back in the dating life. Now that will be funny..

    I dunno.. I adore her and hope the best for her..
