    Another thing that's great about Fox is he doesn't have an ego where he needs "his guys" in here

    I always thought siefert drafted pretty well, I just didnt think his heart was into coaching those last couple years. I hoped he would stay on as gm, not that im displeased with hurney. either way its all starting to work out for the best.
