Appropriately, you just gave a great example of why you're so frustrating, you like to tell other people what they are thinking and to tell people all about themselves even though, from my experience, you're completely wrong.

About you not being smart? I understand why you wouldn't want to believe it, but your posts over the years have proven it beyond any doubt. I'm almost always correct about people, I just point out things that they would never want to admit.

....Florida, Okla., Texas, Ala., and USC, all have teams that can beat eachother on any given day.
So this year the cards fall Fla. and Ok. way.
Texas beat OK., so they should be in the championship? Or OK. has run up an impressive 60 points per game lately, and won their conference championship, so they should be in the big game? And USC ran up the score over and over in the Pac-10, so they should play on Jan. 8th?
Ala. rocked all year, but lost their conference championship game, so they should play?
As we have it now in football, so it was in the '60's and early '70's in basketball, when only 16 teams went to the NCAA big dance. you had to win your conference tourney, not the reg. season back then. Many good teams missed out and thats a shame.
Now, here we are in the '08's and its a shame that we're even having this discussion.
There WILL ALWAYS be some team that gets left out of the NCAA football championship equation.
Right now the BCS program eliminates all but two.
Hard for me to understand why expanding the "elimination" process to a few other teams doesn't make sense. Fishman

We, at TBR have been blessed with your sports knowledge, even though you've never played a meaningful down of a football game, or faced a pitcher throwing 80, muchless 90. But somehow you're opinion of things you think you know of, but actually don't, come spewing out in your posts. Mushrooms?.......we don't need 'em as long as you're tripping us out!
