    Til conference play starts up!!! :banana:

    I will admit I am REALLY nervous about our team going into conference play. We barely beat Yale and CCSU, and we didnt exactly blow out UNC-A, and that one was on our home floor. But, I have a lot of faith in this team, and am going to remain optimistic. LETS GO NINERS, DESTROY CUSA!

    Good point Chi, we aren't playing our best ball right now. Maybe that isn't all bad. Every 49er season has its peaks and valleys. I'd rather start out a little slow and finish strong.

    Hell we are a respectable 9-2 despite horrid FT shooting, shaky defense and limited inside scoring. That is the good news. The bad news is the competition is going to get tougher. Zero road games are gimmes in CUSA and few home games are either.

    Hand me an 11-5 conference record right now and I'll run with it like I stole something. That will give us 20 wins going into the CUSA tournament. Add a victory or 2 in the tourney and we should be NCAA bound. 8-9 seed we love you baby! :mushy:
