Doyell hates Duke. If you think otherwise you are fucking blind. Even this article is a backhanded swipe at them. He points out several times that he is loathe to write anything positive about Duke.

Doyell has hated Duke since he wrote his book about K and wasn't given any access to him.

 

We haven't had any players turn pro early since the early 90's?

 

Not on the scale that Duke has, until this year.

 

Dook had one year where they lost a ton of players, and that was a few years ago. Last year it was 2 players, of course not sure you can really count one that never showed up, but if that is the case, I guess we can count JR Smith as well.
