    yeah, I'll be there.

    Although my enthusiasm doesn't quite match Mr. Chisox here.

    A wiseman once described a pessimist as "an optimist with experience".

    Therefore, while I'm anxious to see the team (and put last season behind us) , I'm withholding any serious enthusiasm until at least January.

    it will probably be a very small crowd, and if it is, blame the school. it has done a shitty job about letting the students know about this event. the only students who know about it are the ones like me who follow everything that has to do with niners hoops (sadly theres only like 3 or of us). midnight madness was the same way, the school barely advertised it at all to the students. i hate this but i think we are gonna see a pitifully small crowd today, hopefully i will be proven wrong

    I was there . . .

    There were no more than a 1000 folks there today . . . Our gurard play looks to be pretty good this season :thumbup: . . Iti did OK (10 pts. I think) . . . .

    BTW, why are we doing the TEXAS 'hook'em horn signs' (cheerleaders specifically) :saywhat: :saywhat: . . I mean, I kept looking for BEVO to come out of the service tunnel any moment :D :D !!!!!

    This campus keeps changing every year . . . 2-3 new buildings are being built behind HALTON ARENA (academics buildings one guy told me during halftime). Then you have the new humanities building being built out front at the main entrance . . . . This place is looking more and more like a real campus every day :) !!!!! Now if we could just get a stupid foortball team here :( :( (I did see Judy Rose chatting with Dale Halton during the game . . I should've asked her if I had thought about it then :) . . )

    P.S. You forgot to mention the ultra-cool chant of "Lutz" that coincides with the "horns".

    BTW Clemmons looked significantly improved.



    My 2 cents on my 1st view of Iti..........I think he will help the team this season.................however, he has NO BUSINESS (none, zero, zilch) going pro until he plays AT LEAST 2 years of college ball.
