did anyone see that bush league shit he pulled on daniel ewing? apparently frustrated at his lack of shots, and sudden dook lead, he is like 30 feet from the basket while ewing defends him from 4 feet away and hodge swings the ball at head level, clipping ewings nose. then when called for a foul, he acts astonished.

did anyone noticed that state was doing pretty well against dook in the first half...how many shots did hodge have?

    the dude is a sepsis

Melchionni and Nelson found ways to contribute and contribute big. Turnaround at halftime shows K can still light a fire in his players. Looks like we are going to be better in the long run because we are able to develop some players in the absence of Shav and Love.

I love Melchionni. I thought that he was gonna be one of those players who always had really high credentials going into Duke but would never get the opportunity to play. He was ranked #86 in the country coming in and is showing some promise now that he gets the opportunity to play. I love Melchionni because he was given the opportunity to go to another school, or go to school at Duke and not receive a scholarship freshman year i.e. an invited walk on, and he stuck with it. I really think he is a good shooter, and he will be a great addition to the bench. Nelson came up big time, and even McClure played really well. I think a win like this will give them a little confidence, and the only really tough team they play for a while is Maryland. Don't know if Maryland is at home or away, but I like the play of McClure, Nelson, and Melchionni. They should add depth for the rest of the season
