I wonder if you could do this stuff to lower your cholesterol?

I am an expert cholestrol lowerer.
450 to 60 in 3 months. Ain't nothing to it, just drop the saturated fats.

It has ginger in it, normally I really like ginger but I think it was such a surprising taste, my senses did a doubletake.

It's really in the volume I think Putt. I use about six to seven carrots when juicing up a batch of juice (that's just the carrots - not the other stuff). I can't eat that amount, not to mention celery, beetroot, parsley etc in one go - but I can if I juice it :).

I didn't know you was doing that much. That would be easier getting down. :thud:

You on 40 or 80. I have been cut down to 40 now and may be able to get off completely in August. So far, thanks to a few friends, I only had to buy it once and it was 150 bucks for a month. I got a RXaccess card from the net and it dropped the price to 110. The other day I got 4 bottles of 80 from a heart doctor that dates a friend. If I get off them next month you are welcome to these 80mg that ain't been un-sealed. Break them in half if you take 40mg and thats 8 months worth.
Don't know how high your cholestrol is but thats what caused my heart attack. I wouldn't mess around with no high cholestrol. Lipitor will only reduce it 45% and the rest is up to you. If it ain't hereditary then it's pretty simple to get under control. Don't ignore it.

I have a pretty good deal on them, I get them from Canada. It is only $50 for a three month supply. I guess I should not grip about it really. I am on the 40 mg. I plan to start getting in shape when I get back from the beach next week. My wife and I are going on a 1500 calorie per day diet and we are going to start going back to the gym. She still needs to lose some weight from her recent pregnancy so we are going to try and do it together.

You get use to it after a while. I very seldom go over a 1000 a day now but I take all kinds of vitamins and try to walk every day. A couple days a week I will get up to 2000. I ain't saying thats how to do it but it has lowered my cholestrol and I have lost a bunch of weight. My diet also involves my blood pressure so I have to lay off some seafood because of the salt. I still wake up in the middles of the night hungry but I eat a piece of fruit now instead of the left over fat off a pork chop or fried chicken.
I am moving back up to a normal diet eventually when I get to where I want to be.
