    give it up for one of the best up and coming coaches in the NFL.
    He's gonna be around for a long time guys and we're gonna have
    a winner in Charlotte while he's at the helm. Get used to it!

    He's building the team the right way (with Marty Hurneys help).
    Run the ball/stop the run. Get the runner (Davis). Get the
    blockers (Gross and Seidman and Nelson). Get the leader
    (Delhomme). Develop a toughness that's helped win the close
    ones this year. Develop the respect of your players.

    No wonder the Giants were sorry to see him go!

    I certainly hope you're right, but should Fox have AT LEAST a winning season - not to mention maybe a Super Bowl ring - to be compared to those guys?

    Yea I heard Peter King say he will be the Parcells of the next generation. I like that.

    He's awfully friendly. I couldn;t believe it when he started talking to me about Foster that day.

    So does that mean He is going to win the Super Bowl, then go to Atlanta the next year and take Steven Davis with him? I hope he is a little more in the Tom Landry mold myself and stay put for a while.
