    I think Bunting fails badly in 2 areas. Motivation and talent development.

    The recruits and 'talent' are on campus, its just not being developed properly. We have a great S and C coach so I don't think its so much physical as it is mentally knowing whats going on, where you need to be, ect. Even so much as teaching the guys the basics (tackling, ect.), because we can't do that either.

    It's sad, watched the whole uva game and the score wasnt indicative of the beating we received. I was hoping Marvin Sanders would be able to get here and fix this shit. The defense plays w/ no heart. It's what Piper said, no scrap.

    Its time for Bunting to go. Right now. He'll be retained until the end of the year, but he shouldn't, Baddour just has no balls.

    I disagree with that in particular. I think that's detrimental to the program overall, and the coaches who'd likely end up staying. You've gotta sacrifice a 2nd coach just to get through the season, and IMO while things look bad, a shakeup tends to only make it worse.
