    In 1992, DeBartolo was accused of sexual assault at his Menlo Park condo by a cocktail waitress he met at a local bar. The married DeBartolo, who denied any wrongdoing, was never charged but reportedly paid $200,000 to settle the case out of court.

    What I want to know is whatever happened to confidentiality and nondisclosure agreements these fucking bitches are coming back 20 30 40 years later breaking the confidentiality agreement after they spent all the money - fuck them everyone of of them ought to be goddamn sued for every penny and settlement monies They got for breaking the confidentiality agreement
