Talking about Ramsey (an immobily, yet strong armed QB) called everone who thought QBs need to be able to run in the new NFL a moron. "QBs is this league that win championship use their arms, not their legs."

I might not be that harsh, but it's hard to ignore stats.

Bledsoe. Ramsey. Manning. Gannon. Even McNabb has only gotten his success by becomeing a better pocket passer, and only running when neccessary.

Yep. Running's good to bail you out of a game, or get you a first down. So's a penalty. If you can't

to me, for the most part, running is good for two things - escaping a sack and salvaging a few yards compared to a sack, and to run some clock against a pass breakdown with a small lead late in the fourth. But hey, I like Jared Lorentzen as a quarterback. I'd let him run just to hurt somebody. Fuck...just the ability to run a reverse every couple of games to know that big bitch is trapping contain is cool.

Anyway, yeah, Jaws is jawing on Hoge and that factor back/scrambling QB mess he's always talking. I don't think he believes in a QB that never scrambles, but elusiveness is best used in the pocket.

A great pocket passer who could run when he had to.

Did yall actually see the replays from the game? Holy Crap, does this guy have an arm. He might end up being the best QB from the draft yet.

Every time I see Jaws, I just wanna step up to him, take both index fingers and pop his cheeks - let some of that air out, its hard to watch a guy talk with balloon cheeks...

And to think, he wasn't in our top three in scouting.

Funny thing is, Jaws never won a championship and he was not a very mobile QB.
