    If you have read the Federalists papers then you would know that the Founders never intended for the First Ammendment to be interpreted that freedom of religion means devoid of religion.

    And I do not care that the Cato Institute feels that drugs should be made illegal, the legislature - AT THIS TIME - does not agree, therefore it is illegal.

    I would have to see the bill. In theory, I favor the idea of legalizing some drugs. In praticality, it will never work.
