KFFL is reporting that there may be an ourside chance that if the Lions draft a RB high that they may release Stewart. Any takers?

I would not mind having him. Although we just got rid of a very similar player. Style and injuries.

I like Stewart. I think he needs to get back on real grass to avoid the injuries. I wouldn't pay his price here though.

I don't know. That whole 'Harvey' thing makes me kinda cautious.

the knock on stewart in j'ville was his durability....he remained relatively healthy (for a rb) since being in detroit and was consistent behind an inconsistent offensive line. he doesn't fit he wco and they want to get a faster rb...they tried for dunn and waters....they want stewart to take a big pay cut for cap purposes which he doesn't want to do.

they will take the miami rb in round 2 if he is there are will release stewart.

he averaged over 4 yards per carry with over 1,000...but his longest run was just 38 yards...his is slow but strong...

Fred Taylor was the injured one. Everytime Taylor thought he could play, my FF numbers suffered because it was back to the bench in favor of the money guy. Detriot just plain sucked. J'ville should have kept JS, not FT.
