It'll be interesting to see who Mularkey tries to hire - it would be funny, and within history, to see Van Gorder accept the DC job in Jacksonville. Tom Clements was his OC, and I've always like the coach most resembling David Byrne and Dan Castalanetta, but Clements has been blocked for any job outside of head coach..

I didn't catch that the Dolphins attempted to interview Mularkey too. Do these guys watch tape?

    Whoa.

And holy shit the Jags are retarded. Mularkey is a disaster hire for them, and I actually worry about the Falcons getting better as a result. I'm not sure we're out of the woods with Chud either.

I seriously think both DC and OC were gonna be scapegoats in Atl either way. DC, obviously, or why would the guy have quit for a college gig.

edit: and that female, yeah, she is fine as hell.

Any break in continunity. I hate the Falcons so anything that causes them to suck makes me happy.

Bratkowski is leaving, too, so they aren't going to do us that favor. Mel Tucker is staying in Jax, so they have coordinators.

Tucker was a guy the Falcons wanted.

Dirk Koetter of the Jags is supposedly a candidate, as is Brian Billick.

I can only imagine that he has to want coaching so badly, to serve under this piece of shit. I don't care if they do share sisters.
