Then we need to trade up...

we don't have all that many holes to fill that we need every possible draft pick we can get, we're not in a rebuilding mode

We need a better receiver to take some of the load off Smith. I do not care if it is a tight end or a wideout as long as he can do that. Drafting a tight end and signing a free agent wideout would rock. Of course we still would need a running back but we should be able to get someone decent in the draft even in the second or third round.

a minumum wage FA WR if Proehl retires, but Carter & Colbert is really adequte if we're adding a playmaker at TE...like I said, Carter has had very limited playing time and he's faster & bigger than Smith...

Shelton, Foster & Goings at RB is still pretty good, if Davis renegotiates and plays a more of role like the Bus...we're good to go

I would be more than happy with a playmaker at TE, but only if we use them.

not to burst your bubble their Y2, but a real TE doesn't work out to good in Hennings offense.....it would leave Jake open to numerous hits not to mention less blocking for all our broke ass RBs....all that said I wanted Miller last year instead of Davis....Miller will be the next big TE....hell he already is.
