    ...a LOT of water.

each day, i have a bowl of FIBER ONE, too. that stuff tastes better than it looks and sounds.

3 days a week, i eat a turkey sandwich from subway. probably 700 calories.

i'll snack on orville reddenbacher's 96% fat free popcorn. 1 (or maybe 2) a day, five days a week.

i ate some steamed brocolli today, too. and a couple of pieces of chicken breast that i baked.

i drink a glass of skim milk each day, or get it with my cereal.

i drink probably 3 diet soft drinks all week.

i can cut down on the diet drinks, eat smaller portions and NOT EAT WHEN I GET HOME.

instead of eating the FIBER ONE before bed, i need to eat it when i wake up. i don't eat breakfast. havent for years.

i don't feel like i'm losing any weight this week. it will be interesting on monday. i'm guessing a 1-pound loss, maybe.

good job LD. I think Sly commited to losing 1 lb per week when he started last summer.

Have you tried to monitor your caloric and fat intake? Fitday is a great site to keep track of things and it is free. You can also have it be public if one feels inclined to make themselves accountable to others.

    Just an idea.

i registered and started to put in stuff.

that's a LOT to keep up with. more than i can do at this point.

they should have all of the fast food stuff programmed in there.

    i couldn't find subway subs.

plus, i made a chicken breast (boneless, skinless) and just baked it. no skin, no breading. there wasn't an option for that.

man, i'd love to get that kind of breakdown though -- that's like an olympic athlete's breakdown of their diet.

Breakfast is the most important meal you can eat when dieting. It kicks your metabolism in gear for the day. Without it, it slows down and you burn fewer calories or less fat, depending on your diet.

me too. i liked that site. if nothing else it is cold hard facts in black and white. shitty thing is i can't follow the typical "DIET". i also had trouble finding the foods i eat. i'll use it anyway. i like the charting feature.
my goal is set but i am not gonna be on here every day giving you the pound by pound commentary. i guess i'll post pics since i am not down there. maybe i'll wear the same clothes in the photo each time so you can see the difference with me.

it is alot, but once you eat something and log it in it stays. it took me a week or so to get all my particulars in then it only takes 5 minutes a day to keep up. I do not know about you but have pretty solid eating habits. Suppliment shakes took the most time to get logged in because you have to copy the DNV into each box.

they assume you are not going to be eating fast food :)

it is an awsome tool to see what you put into your body and then to note how you are feeling.

i eat subway, but that's it.

there are healthful choices out there these days, though, at places like wendys.

when folks slip up, i'll bet they want to know EXACTLY how much they slipped up.

at the least, it'd be an eye-opener for folks to see the DNV of the bacon double cheeseburger combo meal.
