I think I was the only kid in the 80's who liked UNC and NCSU. I went to Carolina Basketball Camp back in 87. I even liked UNC in 93... then I truely turned to the dark side in the mid 90's. I guess it's the dark side because I've pulled for a losing program in football and basketball.

Correct me if I'm wrong guys, but I didn't think Brad Daugherty ever played with the '82 National Championship team (Jordan, Worthy, Perkins, Black, Doherty), did he? Everyone knows that the '82 Tarheel team had an awesome starting 5, but their only weakness as a team was having no bench. I just don't remember Brad being on that bench, and I "KNOW" he wasn't in the starting 5. I remember Brad playing with Jordan & Perkins in '83-'84 so I'm thinking he came along in '83. I just don't remember him ever playing with Worthy in '82. Am I wrong?

As for Kenny Smith, yes he came along around '84. Does anyone know whatever become of Curtis Hunter???

You're exactly right, he came a year or maybe even 2 later. Cause I remember he was on that great '84 team with him, Doherty, Smith, Jordan, and Perkins

Yep, Braddock was a good shooter. Then of course Buzz Peterson came along somewhere around '83 also.

Again, does anyone have any info on Curtis Hunter? A lot of these guys are coaching nowadays, but I haven't heard much about Hunter in years.
