Coach K is a damn genius. He is amazing, winning ball games by big margins. There hasn't been a panic time for there team.

oh ok phew!! you had me skeered, I thought we were losing one.

I did go to Chapel Hill once, JUST to watch Deano walk on water. I do have to admit to seeing Coach K walking 3 steps behind him though, carrying his Jock Strap.

So those that say Coach K couldn't carry Coach Smith's Jock, HA! :xyzthumbs

He'll have more wins than Coach Smith by the end of his career. He'll probably be in the mid 900's. Bob Knight should break Dean's record soon. No matter who Duke has played this year, it is a damn good job to have this team to be undefeated going into February. That double digit win against Oklahoma is looking better and better everyday.

Seeing how they crushed FSU and FSU beat Wake and Wake beat Carolina I guess they're better than Carolina this year too. ;)

Not really, I think the tarholes have more talent but Coach K is getting the most out of what he has and it doesn't hurt to have the best free throw shooter in the country if the game is close at the end.

Well dang, I was trying to cause an uproar...lol

But honestly Duke HAS done better than most expected. Maybe they can keep it up as they get deeper into the ACC Schedule, then again maybe they can't. Who knows? it won't be long til the truth tells either way.

I'm still not sold that the Heels, with all their talent, will go as far as their talent SHOULD take them...but really, it's always been that way with us. I feel like we underacheive more than we overacheive, or even do what is expected. The BEST overall talent rarely makes the BEST team. Think about the Carolina team that won it in '91, wasn't it '91, or was it '92? Anyway, that team didn't have NEAR the talent that alot of Carolina teams have had over the years that's gotten knocked out in the 2nd or 3rd rounds of the NCAA. But that was a great TEAM.

They were pretty good that year. Did they play Kentucky? That was my last year of college so I'm a little fuzzy on the details.;)
