    This forum is a great idea. Most other fitness forums I've seen are either full of steroid jockeys who think they know everything, or they're run by someone wanting to sell something. I'm looking forward to posting in here.

    haha, point taken. i'm just an attention monger. i honestly juat didnt think that there were so many tbr members who were overweight or looking to lose it. good luck to you guys, once my metabolism slows down, i'm gonna be in some shit.

    I gained 25 pounds in college, and another 10 after getting married. My metabolism was never fast to begin with. Dammit.
