yeah but you are forgetting the Saints don't have a power running back like the Giants. Brandon Jacobs is equivalent to a linebacker. Also Drew Brees is good but is absolutely no Eli Manning.

That is what worries me. He is a lot better than Eli. He was on pace to break Dan Marino's passing yardage record this season. I think he still can if he lights us up.....

When I talk about Eli Mannings abilities it isnt necessarily stats. Leadership primarily and I still remmeber the Super Bowl MVPfrom last season.

Brandon Jacobs only ran for 87 yards on 24 carries, which is not a good average at all. Ward is the one who killed us. Also, good job humiliating yourself with the idiotic Brees/Manning comment. Didn't your parents ever teach you that it's better to keep your mouth shut and let people think you're a moron than open your mouth and prove it?

Collin didn't your parents teach you to just completely not talk at all. I mean you were probably to busy sucking on a dick anyway so they didnt have to teach you much it just came natural.

Just to clear things up for you all....Eli Manning comes to my head I think of Super Bowl MVP and if I were starting a team I would take Eli just due to his past season MVP. Although Brees has better stats there are more components than just stats especially at the QB position. Collin once again get a life..18,000 post doesnt need to keep getting higher buddy and yes 18,000 posts folks...I know what your thinking PATHETIC!

Is it Brees' fault that the Saints can't field a competent defense?

    Welcome, NC

Huh?? What makes you say that? I'm not always negative - maybe when talking about the Panthers, but not everything. Anyway, this thread was supposed to be tongue in cheek, I KNOW we CAN beat the Saints. I just was wondering if we will. I am pretty negative about the Panthers most of the time because they let me down so much. Anyway, Merry Christmas!! :cheers2:

I like Eli more than most people but put him on the Saints and he is going to struggle. He needs a running game and a solid defense. Brees is one of the top QBs in the league. After Brady and Peyton I can not think of anyone I would clearly prefer to him.
