... that I'm excited about the Bobcats? And I'm actually disappointed I don't have tickets for the home opener.

Judging from the negative reactions I see from everybody else here, there's clearly something wrong with me.

You're cool Clay. There is an acquired taste for the NBA here.

I bought tickets to Nov 26 against WAS. Cheap, only 10 bucks, and judging by the Seating Diagram, doesnt look like a bad seat in the house.

Well it was strange - I was trying to get seats in the same section via the website, and couldn't - so I called 704BOBCATS and the girl was like "no, we're sold out". I begged to differ with her, and she was like "uh, weird".

Don't fool yourselves. The reason it's sold out is because of the new Arena, not the crappy product on the court. I'll still cheer for the Bobcats, but I will be happy with 25 wins this season. Raymond Felton is smokin some of David Noel's ganja if he thinks the Bobcats are going to the playoffs.

I agree. I'm trying my hardest not to compare this team to the 90s Hornets. But it's hard.

I hope I like this team... I bought 10 games and am going to buy scalped tix for the opener.
