I know of a business for sale right now that has the capabilities and the set up to be turned into a franchised operation. The restaurant right now is lunch only, yet the product is top of the line and the reputation of the restaurant is solid. It is generating about 700k gross between a couple of stores. It's only open for lunch!! The cool part is the concept could lend itself to longer hours, ie bar. I am seriously looking into it. As always capital is needed.

 

I'm all for the midgets. Just no clowns. They scare and depress me. How much are they asking for the business and lease, bunky?

 

There are several levels of selling price actually. each store is available separartely. both stores are available as a pair. these options require you to be a licensee. buying the proprietary right along with the restaurants, the proprietary rights aren't available by themselves, is listed around 1.2M. Of course, there would be a lot of negotiating to be done on that deal.
