    Actually you don't know, until you know. Once you know the other person is completely set in stone as far as what he or she believes, then that's the point where I'd break it off. But that's me.

    I can respect that but still feel that if someone is perfect in every other way it's a shame that religion can be the deciding factor.

    I dated a muslim girl for about four years and we talked marriage. Not sure what would have happened as a couple of months after I met her parents we split.

    Faith is a HUGE part of who I am. If I can't share that with a woman, how close can we ever really be?

    You consider that a drawback to which type of religion? The "my way is the only way" type, or the "to each his own" type? I want to make sure I understand your point.
