I - The Greeks and Romans had Intelligent Design, too. But then, over time, we learned that volcanos don't erupt because of Hephaestus and that magma boiling up from the earth's mantle does that. And that lightning isn't thrown by Zeus from above the clouds, it's atmospheric static discharge that does that. The earth is round and orbits around the sun and seasons are caused by that, not by Persephone's mom being all sad about her time with Hades. Basically, you're saying, "well, I don't understand it and no one else has a really good grip on it either, so it must be the gods."

II - how can you claim that ID is disprovable if you want an example of a complex system NOT designed by an intelligence, but then you say that God created the entire universe? You want an example from outside the universe?

III - Science, by nature, can never prove anything to be true. It can only falsify theories and hypotheses. Theories that we hold to be "true" are simply the ones that have not been proven false yet. When they are proven false, like Newton's Laws of Motion, they are supplanted by new and better theories - that still explain all of the observations that were explained by the previous theories - like Einstein's Laws supplanting Newton's. Holes are not proof of "falsity", they are gaps in knowledge.
