    not to where it shows a pattern, but it certainly is a repeatable solution -- that is, 3.141592654... today isn't going to be 3.141592657... tomorrow.

    No, but until it repeats it technically has not been solved. Maybe Pi is the Godoscope.

    solved? you mean, perfectly described by an imperfect system. there are more transcendental numbers than just pi. e, comes to mind.

    That goes back to that whole measurement system thing I was talking about. Maybe we just have the means to solve it yet. God knows people keep trying.

    But your system still means that all actions would bring about a consistent result in the same conditions, which is just a little to predestiny for me. Plus you take out free will, which is a real biggie for me.

    No, our decisions are. Our free will is the "right" to make those decisions. At least that is how I take it.
